Malin Annie Jansson

is a Swedish photographer and videographer, based in Denmark. She has a BA in Visual/Photographic Communication at the Danish School of Media and Journalism (2012-2015), and in 2021 she completed a course in Cultural Journalism Writing from Malmö University.

She works with still and motion photography, taking a base in documentary photography, and creative projects focusing on storytelling in all its forms. 

Since 2015 Malin has been working as a freelance photographer in Sweden, Denmark, Cambodia and Myanmar with, among others, the Swedish Red Cross Youth, VisitDenmark, SIND, Télérama, Tidningen Re:public, Kristeligt Dagblad, NGO-CEDAW, for several private clients, musicians, events and NGOs.

She is the founder of project SISTER (2016-2018), a multimedia project portraying young Khmer Women’s Rights defenders in Cambodia, sponsored by Amnesty.

Her work has, among others, been published in: Politiken, Skånska Dagbladet, Télérama, Tidningen Re:public, Kristeligt Dagblad and TEMA Magazine.
